We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, Perception, to lead the development and implementation of our cutting-edge perception systems focused on tracking multiple objects using camera and radar technologies. This role is critical to advancing our capabilities in object detection and tracking, contributing directly to the success of our innovative projects.

Requirements

  • Lead the development of advanced perception systems for real-time, multi-object tracking using camera and radar data.
  • Innovate and improve camera pipeline processes to enhance image quality and system performance.
  • Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms to accurately integrate data from radar and camera sensors.
  • Apply deep learning and computer vision techniques to improve detection and tracking accuracy.
  • Develop and optimize tracking algorithms, including Kalman filters and Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT), for enhanced tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of perception systems into the overall project architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in perception technology, applying cutting-edge research to practical applications.
