Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This will include developing and implementing construction plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of project procedures and outcomes
  • Site supervision: Ensure site operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Evaluation and analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations and analyses of project outcomes to inform future decision-making
  • Design and construction drawings: Prepare and manage detailed design and construction drawings
  • Liaison and communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Manpower arrangement and site management: Coordinate and supervise the deployment of personnel and resources on site
  • Meetings and inspections: Attend regular meetings and conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in building construction industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) is an added advantage
