Job Title: Senior Plumbing Estimator

As a Senior Plumbing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our plumbing estimations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for plumbing sanitary and gas works. This will involve researching suppliers and sub-contractors, comparing quotations, and liaising with clients and suppliers.

  • Handle replies to clients, negotiate effectively, and ensure timely communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills. You will be required to read and understand contractual terms, interpret construction drawings, prepare reports, and analyze and compare quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit tenders for plumbing sanitary and gas works.

- Research and compare suppliers and sub-contractors quotations.

- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Lead the department for Quality Services (QS).

- Assist in preparing ISO documents and assist in handling variation orders.

- Read, understand, and interpret contractual terms.

- Prepare reports and analyze quotations.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to read and understand contractual terms.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction software.
