Build and execute monthly tactical sales plans to hit targets. Lead annual budgeting, planning, and execution to achieve yearly sales goals. Prospect, develop, and convert new customers to meet revenue and placement targets. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in B2B or Outdoor sales are preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive, pleasant, and outgoing. Self‐starter who works independently with minimal supervision. With a valid driving license, preferably with own vehicle (car/motorbike). Dynamic, highly motivated, and results driven.
