Head of Compliance - Brokerage & Payments Our client is a fast-growing fintech business that provides bespoke brokerage and payments services focused on corporate clientele. This role will manage a small team and be responsible for end-to-end compliance matters with visibility towards C‑suite stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Responsible for end-to-end compliance matters across regulatory compliance and AML mainly for the Singapore office with a smaller focus on Australia. Point of contact with regulators such as MAS and ASIC. Provide leadership to the compliance team. Work closely with C‑suite stakeholders and advise the business on regulatory requirements and assist to navigate the regulatory landscape. To be eligible for this role you will require: At least 10 years of broad compliance generalist background ideally from a CMS licensed broker‑dealer or MPI background. Strong understanding of FX and payments products will be preferred. Experience in liaising with regulators and team management skills will be advantageous.
