**Company Description
As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing compliance team, developing and implementing effective compliance programs, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire compliance function, including AML/KYC, CFT, and market abuse prevention.
- Implement a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with MAS regulations and best practices.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks within the cryptocurrency business.
- Manage KYC/AML procedures, effectively engage with regulators like MAS, and stay updated on industry developments.
- Build and lead a high-performing compliance team.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services companies.
- Relevant experience in regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and advisory.
- Experience dealing with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other jurisdictional regulators.
