Job Description Revenue Enablement Lead, APAC Locations: Singapore or Sydney | Hybrid About the Role The Revenue Enablement Lead, APAC, is critical to equip Sales reps in the APAC region with the skills, knowledge, and tools to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing training programs, analyzing performance data to identify gaps, collaborating with cross‐functional teams, and aligning enablement programs with strategic revenue initiatives. Content and training: Partner with the wider enablement team to provide role‐specific content, such as training materials, and deliver training and coaching programs for APAC sales and customer‐facing teams. Performance analysis: Analyze APAC sales performance to identify root causes for performance gaps and design targeted onboarding/everboarding. Cross‐functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and Rev Enablement teams to ensure message‐market fit, alignment, and consistent execution of go‐to‐market strategies. Sales process optimization: Implement and reinforce best practices in sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC) and operationalize new selling motions. Tool and technology management: Drive adoption and leverage technology, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Highspot platforms to improve enablement efforts. Change management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure new behaviors and processes are adopted effectively across the APAC sales organization. What You Will Bring Experience: Proven experience in revenue or sales enablement, with a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the sales tech stack. Leadership: Ability to influence APAC stakeholders and coach managers on effective enablement techniques. Analytical skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and make data‐driven decisions. Communication: Excellent English written and verbal cross‐cultural communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex topics particularly within APAC. Multilingual skills are a plus. Project management: Proven ability to manage programs and adapt to a fast‐paced environment. Cross‐functional work: Demonstrated success in partnering with sales, marketing, product, and other teams across the globe. Key Performance Indicators Training Completion Rate: Percentage of APAC's training completion Certification Rate: Percentage of reps achieving required certifications after training. Ramp‐Up Time Reduction: Number of days to productivity Feedback Scores: Average satisfaction rating from participants on training relevance and quality. Revenue Growth Attributed to Training: Correlation between training initiatives and revenue uplift.
