Project Leader: Business Solutions Expert

A Project Leader with business acumen is required to drive successful project implementation and cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on project management aspects including proposal development, budgeting, and defining project deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team through requirement elicitation and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet quality standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in IT project management preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira.

Other Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills and understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
