Job Title: Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To analyze and define business requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT architecture standards.
  • To design and develop functional solutions and user workflows that meet business needs.
  • To validate business requirements and ensure they are well-defined and achievable.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective testing strategies.
  • To provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the domain of Trade Financing or Supply Chain Financing/accounts payable/accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC mix project delivery environment with large numbers of stakeholders and users involved.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
