  • Identify potential risks and challenges in development projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and codebase.
  • Manage the release and deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition of applications from development to production environments.

Requirements:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer) may be preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role, is typically required.
