Full Stack Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to lead our software development team. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure code quality, mentor team members and drive technical innovation across both web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in modern development practices, frameworks and agile methodologies.

  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, managing project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to the development team; review code, resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with product owners, designers, and business teams to align development efforts with business goals and user requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead and enforce robust testing practices including unit, integration and user acceptance testing to maintain high product standards.
  • Mentor and coach developers, fostering skill growth, accountability and a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status, risks and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development, including experience leading development teams.
  • Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Java, NET Core, React, and Django.
  • Proven experience in agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiar with testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT) and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
