Customer Service & Telemarketing Executive Job Description Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels such as inbound, outbound calls, email, live chat and social media Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client Requirements Has relevant experience in online travel agency platforms, airline projects, or e-commerce platforms. However, fresh graduates are welcome Sales-oriented with proven experience in telesales or a related field would be an advantage Candidate must possess at least SPM and above Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to work rotation shift when needed Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
