Senior Operations Strategist

The role of a Senior Operations Strategist is pivotal in driving business growth by shaping priorities and resources. This includes accelerating Ads products commercialization, building go-to-market infrastructure, and ensuring flawless execution against business outcomes.

This involves defining project scope, focus areas, and analysis to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment. Additionally, gathering data and conducting analysis supports executive team discussions and generates insights. The Senior Operations Strategist also produces analysis, thought leadership, and perspectives to build problem structuring and executive communication for business planning within the team.

Key responsibilities include engaging and influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to obtain support for product activation programs and strategies. Furthermore, designing and implementing operational processes within aligned domains is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. Alternatively, 2 years of experience with an advanced degree is also acceptable.

Desirable qualifications include experience in business or product and strategy consulting, digital ads products, and knowledge of the business cycle. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and business acumen skills are essential, along with networking and collaboration skills.
