As Sr. Director Digital Business Planning & Analytics in EM, you will be responsible for the Strategic Planning, Insights and steering the overall business to achieve the overall EM eCommerce commercial objectives. You will lead a team of eCommerce planning and analytics teams working across multiple clusters to achieve channel goals, develop and implement best practices and functional improvements that align processes across those clusters and coach the growth and development of each individual. You will drive the development of major digital analytics practices within the market using global frameworks for data governance, integration, reporting and optimization as part of a mutual aligned digital analytics strategy You will lead the digital business planning process/practices across Emerging Markets ensuring the daily, monthly and yearly planning activities are correctly implemented considering key e-Com KPIs trends and financial targets. You will also be responsible to give best in class insights in business conversations with multifunctional teams regarding the required actions to guarantee target achievements. Your position will be key for commercial decisions based on numbers and your general e-Com expertise. The functional areas will span across sales planning, business analytics, web analytics, consumer analytics, in-season analytics and all other areas that would deliver relevant commercial result or consumer insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and execute strategic direction and expansion planning for the eCom business throughout EM (& related clusters) Drive the Forecasting and Planning pillar to ensure data driven planning and phasing of plans and drive alignment with country/cluster teams to ensure plans are built towards an aligned EM ambition. Deliver business, financial and market insights to facilitate decision-making and address the operational and financial needs of the business in EM. Lead annual, monthly and daily sales plans, commercial calendar aligned with business trends and commercial opportunities identified working with cross functional teams (Ecom, Digital Activation, Merchandising, Analytics, Finance in Cluster / regional level) Own overall tracking of sales plans and main KPIs identifying risks and opportunities for the assigned clusters. Drive the development of a wide scope of digital analytics and business planning practices, including service portfolio evolution. Core practices are: Digital Operational Analytics (Forecasting, SLAs, Returns, Trading, Data Governance) Digital Traffic Analytics Digital Experience Analytics (CX and NPS) Digital Analytics projects Competitive and Market intelligence Data Science Manage stakeholder relationships with regards to demand for insights and analytics services for all practices in your scope. Supervise the delivery of digital analytics services to stakeholders within the eCommerce markets or close to the eCommerce market, e.g. Brand. Ensure analytics results drive consumer experience and business impact and help to achieve sales plans. Work closely with Global Digital Analytics in areas such as site optimization, analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, qualitative data, etc. Develop meta-data models, drive A/B testing on key campaigns, events, marketing efforts, onsite merchandising features to ensure the> Competitor pricing monitoring Drive stakeholders on the value and use of digital analytics to define goals, measure appropriate KPIs, monitor performance and derive trends and opportunities. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Region level: Country / Cluster GMs; Country/ Cluster eCOM leads; Country brand activation teams EM Hub level: EM HUB, Commercial, Operations and Strategy verticals & EM DPC team Global level: DBC, DPC, Omnichannel/Sales, Global Digital Analytics KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Significant commercial experience in eCommerce environment Proven stakeholder management and sound business acumen A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction. Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely Outstanding presentation skills and storytelling with data Exceptional people management skills Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects and programs simultaneously Fluent English both verbally and written REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS University degree in the field of Business or equivalent 12+ years of progressive experience in the area of Digital Analytics and Commercial trading 8+ years of experience in setting and leading a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
