Job Description:
Our client is actively seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative health programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving healthcare transformation through strategic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead the creation and execution of an innovation roadmap with senior directors to synthesize new and existing knowledge management platforms and tools.
  • Promote a culture of innovation by creating thought leadership opportunities and leveraging expertise, resources, and networks to map professional and community assets.
  • Catalyze value-based outcomes and exchange of knowledge at professional co-learning platforms involving providers and users of the health and social care systems.
  • Develop and curate community enabling and patient education programs, training curriculum, and learning and assessment tools to meet the needs of volunteers, caregivers, residents, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide a conducive environment for healthcare professionals and social care professionals to co-learn and co-design new healthcare innovations with patients, advocates, volunteers, and caregivers.
