RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. We want to make a difference in our community by continuously exploring and expanding our services. We are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals for our Active Ageing Centres.
To support the new and evolving AAC model, this role drives projects which are cross-functional in nature or involve strategic process improvement efforts or innovation efforts. One key project that this role will be expected to help drive the transformation which includes process redesign and improvement effort to uplift the capability of AAC.
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations on project management, including timeline management, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination and tracking of project progress and deliverables
- Process redesign and improvement, including documentation of best practices and new/improved policies, guidelines and SOPs as part of knowledge management
- Where relevant, this also includes working closely with other BUs and supporting functional teams to define detailed user requirements for features to support the process improvements and designing workarounds where needed with the project stakeholders
- Facilitating and monitoring implementation/adoption of process improvements/new processes by stakeholders to ensure overall standardisation
- Prepare presentation slides for project updates and stakeholder engagement and taking minutes of meetings
- Performing data analysis to facilitate project decisions
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business or engineering preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma/AGILE/design thinking methodology preferred
- Experience in project management and process improvement work
- Strong analytical thinking/critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable for the work assigned
- Able to work independently and at the same time a team player who can work cohesively with colleagues from different levels
OTHER INFORMATION
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Has an interest/passion for working with seniors, partners and new people groups
