Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist .
This role involves managing contracts and projects, handling claims and tender submissions, invoicing and contracting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying, negotiation, Microsoft Office, construction, civil engineering, tendering, pricing, and cost control.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing contracts and documents, valuing work and payments, managing subcontractors, and administering contracts.
You will also engage in other duties assigned by senior management that are associated with the company. Additionally, you will report directly to the Managing Director on all matters.
Negotiation skills are essential for this role, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in construction, quantity surveying, and civil engineering is also required.
Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong understanding of contract law and administration is also necessary for success in this position.
