About the Role Binance is seeking an AI Application Software Engineer to help build AI agents that serve millions of users globally. This role is critical in delivering production-grade AI applications that improve user experience, automate workflows, and enable intelligent user interactions. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development : Oversee AI bot projects, from planning and implementation to maintenance and tuning. Architecting AI Agents : Design AI systems capable of understanding user requests, solving complex problems, and executing multi-step actions. Framework Building : Create frameworks that allow AI agents to interact with APIs, tools, and other services. Human-AI Collaboration : Develop systems that enable efficient human-AI collaboration, including feedback loops and follow-up questions. Optimization : Improve agent performance for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Monitoring & Evaluation : Set up systems to evaluate agent performance and pinpoint improvement areas. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into products and workflows. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest research and developments in AI technologies. Requirements Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. Experience : 3+ years of experience building AI/ML systems, particularly in creating production-grade AI applications (preferably in autonomous agents). Practical experience with large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), prompt engineering, and other AI technologies. Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and Java . AI Expertise : Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, decision-making systems, and large language models. Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with tools, APIs, and infrastructure for deploying AI agents. Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Collaboration : Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Preferred Skills AI Chatbot/Agent Experience : Experience developing AI chatbots/agents using frameworks like LangChain , Dify , or similar. Conversation Design : Experience in user intent recognition, conversation design, and knowledge base enhancement. Data Management : Familiarity with data analysis, model tuning, and feature engineering.
