AI & Applications Engineer (Hybrid .NET/Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Applications Engineer to join our team, playing a crucial, hybrid role that balances front-line application development with cutting-edge artificial intelligence integration.

This position is perfectly balanced, with responsibilities split across two critical areas:

1. Core Application Development (ASP.NET / .NET)

You will act as a skilled ASP.NET / .NET (framework and core) Developer , managing and optimizing our existing codebase, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the stability, performance, and responsive design of our applications across PC, tablet, and mobile devices. You will occasionally build new websites from scratch and provide innovative insights to drive application improvements.

2. AI and Machine Learning Engineering (Python / Data)

You will function as an AI Engineer , leveraging your passion for artificial intelligence and Python to integrate machine learning models and push the boundaries of AI technology. A deep understanding of data is essential, as you will be responsible for making data relevant and important for our customers by understanding, integrating, presenting, and reporting it in meaningful ways.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in both ASP.NET/C# and Python , ready to bridge the gap between model deployment and production-ready enterprise applications.

Responsibilities :

1. Core Application Development (ASP.NET / .NET Focus)

• Application Management and Maintenance : Manage existing code , troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure stability and performance of applications.

• Web/Application Development : Build/update new websites or applications, utilizing skills in ASP.NET and .NET (framework and/or core) .

• Code Optimization : Optimize code and provide insights for improvements by thinking outside the box.

• Front-End and Design : Ensure applications adhere to a good understanding of web/application optimization and responsive design to work seamlessly on PC, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Database Management : Maintain a deep understanding of databases related to web applications.

2. AI and Machine Learning Engineering (Python / Data Focus)

• Model Integration and Advancement : Integrate machine learning models and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technology.

• Data Relevance and Reporting : Ensure data is relevant and important for customers by understanding, integrating, presenting, and reporting data in meaningful ways.

• Data Integration : Possess a deep understanding of data integration principles to connect AI models with enterprise data sources.

Requirements :

Educational and Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning , or a related field.

Core Technical Proficiency

• Strong Background in ASP.NET and .NET: Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust applications using the ASP.NET and .NET framework.
• AI Development Skills: Strong background and passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) , including proficiency in Python for model integration.
• Database Expertise: Deep understanding of databases for web application and data management needs.
• Code Quality and Optimization: Demonstrated ability to manage existing code , troubleshoot effectively, and optimize code for stability and performance.

Application Design and User Experience

• Web/Application ptimization: Good understanding of web/application optimization principles.
• Responsive Design: Expertise in responsive design to ensure applications work seamlessly across PC, tablet, and mobile devices .
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to think outside the box and provide innovative insights for application improvements and new development.

AI and Data Specifics

• Data Integration: Deep understanding of data integration methodologies.
