Binance – AI Application Software Engineer About the Role Binance is building AI-powered agents to serve millions of users across its ecosystem. As an AI Application Engineer, you'll lead the development, deployment, and optimization of production-ready AI systems that enhance user interactions, automate processes, and drive intelligent decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI bot projects : planning, development, and ongoing tuning Design and implement AI agent architectures that can reason, plan, and interact with APIs/tools Develop systems for human-AI collaboration (e.g., clarifications, follow-ups, feedback)Build performance monitoring and evaluation systems for continuous improvement Work cross-functionally to integrate agents into existing Binance products and services Stay current with latest AI/LLM/agent research and incorporate best practices Requirements Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's)3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development Strong in Python (and preferably Java); experience building production-grade AI applications Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek) , prompt engineering , RAG , MCP Knowledge of reinforcement learning , planning , and decision-making algorithms Skilled in system design, workflow orchestration, and agent deployment Great at problem-solving , collaboration , and communication Preferred Skills Experience with LangChain, Dify, or similar AI agent frameworks Built or contributed to conversational AI/chatbots with intent recognition & knowledge base enhancement Hands-on with data cleaning, feature engineering , and model tuning Why Binance?Shape the future of AI in the largest crypto ecosystem Autonomy to build and deploy real-world, high-impact applications Work with global leaders in a flat, user-first organization Learn continuously with fast-paced, cutting-edge projects Backend Operations Support Engineer (Card) - Day-Night Shift Backend Operations Support Engineer (Card) - Day-Night Shift -Hong Kong Senior Full-Stack Developer - Backend Team Backend Operations Support Engineer (Card) - Day/Night Shift Senior Software Engineer (Golang/Ruby on Rails) - Malaysia #J-18808-Ljbffr
