**AI & Applications Engineer (Hybrid.NET/Python)**

This position is perfectly balanced, with responsibilities split across two critical areas:
**1. Core Application Development (ASP.NET /.NET)**

**2. AI and Machine Learning Engineering (Python / Data)**

You will function as an **AI Engineer**, leveraging your passion for artificial intelligence and Python to integrate machine learning models and push the boundaries of AI technology. A deep understanding of data is essential, as you will be responsible for making data relevant and important for our customers by understanding, integrating, presenting, and reporting it in meaningful ways.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.**Core Application Development (ASP.NET /.NET Focus)**
- **Code Optimization**: Optimize code and provide insights for improvements by thinking outside the box.

**2.**AI and Machine Learning Engineering (Python / Data Focus)**
- **Model Integration and Advancement**: Integrate machine learning models and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technology.
- **Data Relevance and Reporting**: Ensure data is relevant and important for customers by **understanding, integrating, presenting, and reporting data**in meaningful ways.
- **Data Integration**: Possess a deep understanding of **data integration**principles to connect AI models with enterprise data sources.

**Requirements**:
**Educational and Qualifications**
- Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in **software engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning**, or a related field.

**Core Technical Proficiency**
- **AI Development Skills**:Strong background and passion for **artificial intelligence**and **machine learning (AI/ML)**, including proficiency in **Python**for model integration.
- **Code Quality and Optimization**:Demonstrated ability to **manage existing code**, troubleshoot effectively, and **optimize code**for stability and performance.

**Application Design and User Experience**

**AI and Data Specifics**
- **Data Integration**:Deep understanding of **data integration**methodologies.
- **Data Presentation**:Ability to understand, integrate, present, and report data in **meaningful ways**for customers.
- **Innovation Mindset**:A strong desire to **push the boundaries**of what's possible with AI technology.
