Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day marine operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and assignments. Monitor vessel movements, schedules, and operational readiness. Liaise with port authorities, ship agents, contractors, and other stakeholders. Allocate and optimise resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide service updates, and resolve operational issues promptly. Manage logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of services and materials. Review operational processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency. Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, company SOPs, and safety protocols. Prepare reports for management on operational performance, challenges, and improvements. Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in marine or shipping operations. Strong understanding of marine engine systems, servicing processes, and maritime safety standards. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independentl under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Willing to work beyond standard office hours when required to meet operational demands.
