Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the work of our congregation. This full-time role involves coordinating church services and activities, managing operations and volunteers, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of ministries and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly worship services, prayer meetings, outreach efforts, and discipleship/equipping programs
  • Support pastoral care and member engagement efforts
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of special events and ministry-related initiatives
  • Provide leadership and support in small groups and other ministry teams as assigned

Operations & Logistics

  • Manage scheduling, venue booking, setup and teardown for all congregation activities
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and procurement of ministry materials and equipment
  • Lead and support volunteers, including task delegation and training
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and teams to support integrated church operations

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records and databases, including attendance and volunteer lists
  • Assist with expense tracking and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required

Requirements

  • Degree in ministry or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online platforms
  • Able to work on Sundays and attend occasional evening events
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Tagalog will be an added advantage
  • Able to align with and uphold our organisation's vision and mission
