Senior Ministry Leader

The Senior Ministry Leader will play a vital role in assisting the Pastors and Chairpersons in overseeing the ministries of Children, Discipleship & Nurture, and Mission. They will work closely with these leaders to strategize, plan, and organize programs that align with the church's strategic directions.

The Senior Ministry Leader will provide pastoral leadership and care to church members in their relevant journeys as part of these ministries. They will participate in the corporate life of the church, fulfilling the objectives of the aforementioned ministries.

This position may be involved in church services, assist in resourcing and developing materials for the ministries, and provide training to equip leaders and members. The Senior Ministry Leader will also coordinate events for team building and bonding among ministry members.

The Senior Ministry Leader will work closely with external agencies to effect the ministries' objectives. They will continually evaluate the needs of the church and improve existing programs or identify new opportunities to strengthen the church's strategic thrust.

The Senior Ministry Leader will provide care and support to ministry members, encouraging them to pray for the work of these ministries. While they are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays, a weekday off is given in compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
