Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Description:

The Finance Assistant plays a crucial role in the financial operations of an organization. The primary responsibilities of this position include verifying sales and purchase invoices, validating data transferred from sub-systems to the General Ledger, manually inputting expenses invoices and banking transactions in the SFAS system, processing vendor payments, issuing debit/credit notes for services or sales transactions, and verifying GST supplies with supporting documents.

Additionally, the Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting in monthly accounts closing, including departmental allocation, and organizing and filing documents after monthly accounts closing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess a Diploma in Accountancy with 2 years of accounting experience. Experience in Manufacturing Industries and knowledge of Costing are added advantages.
