Finance Assistant Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the finance department, contributing to the successful management of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and fixed assets accounting, verifying accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Prepare financial analysis packages for management, presenting data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Support the annual budgeting process, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.

  • Perform statistical analysis and assist with special projects, applying analytical skills to drive business growth.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team, effectively communicating complex financial concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field, providing a solid foundation for financial knowledge and expertise.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), enhancing productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
