Ensure strict regulatory compliance (AML/CDD, reputation risk) while gathering market feedback to inform product and process improvements. Skills and Experience Required >10 years of progressive experience in the Commercial Banking sector, with a proven track record of running a commercial banking/WRB business or unit. In-depth Credit Evaluation proficiency and strong understanding of commercial banking products, services, and the regulatory landscape. Exceptional business management, analytical, and organizational skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complex stakeholder relationships.
