Fire Safety Systems Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage fire safety systems projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project coordination skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and communicating project progress to clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to gather project information and input.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fire safety systems project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Class 3 Driving License an advantage.
