A seasoned Process Optimization Engineer is required to drive process yield improvement and integration across multiple processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, leveraging statistical analysis and experimentation techniques.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance yield and efficiency, ensuring process stability and quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
  • Execute change control projects that deliver tangible benefits in terms of cost reduction and yield enhancement.
  • Review and propose updates to statistical process control limits, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage customer technical inquiries, provide detailed specifications reviews, and oversee the implementation of product transition plans from NPI to mass production.
  • Coordinate customer-driven BKM exercises to identify and implement key learnings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical process control, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
