Human Resource Executive / Senior HR Executive About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional who can work independently and provide sound HR advice to relevant stakeholders on employee-related matters. This role offers career progression opportunities and continuous learning support to help you develop into a future HR leader. You will report directly to the Human Resource Manager and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions , ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, selection, interviews, and preparation of the Contract of Service. Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions. Handle offboarding procedures, including exit clearance and exit interviews. Training & Development Coordinate and administer training programs, including preparation of materials and venue arrangements. Handle submission of training grants and maintain updated training records. Compensation & Benefits Assist in monthly payroll preparation and processing. Manage employee claims and related matters. Handle CPF submissions and income tax reporting (IR8A, IR21). Performance Management Administer the Balance Scorecard for all employees. Communicate KPIs to respective Heads of Department. Facilitate annual and mid-year performance appraisal exercises. Consolidate appraisal results and issue outcome letters to employees. HR Policy, Process, Reporting & Advisory Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures. Provide general HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on day-to-day employee matters. Prepare and analyse monthly HR reports and statistics. Employee Relations Handle employee grievances and ensure fair resolution of issues. Organize corporate events, meetings, and engagement activities. Enhance employee wellness initiatives and benefits programs. Organization Capability & Competency Development Identify and apply for relevant government funding and grants to benefit the organization. Support initiatives to achieve corporate awards and certifications. Assist in testing and implementation of the new corporate ERP system (HR module). Facilitate change management initiatives within the company. Administration & Others Perform general administrative duties, including documentation, filing, and data updates. Manage daily attendance and leave records; prepare daily attendance reports. Prepare and deliver presentations during Monthly Employee Meetings. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity. Skills & Attributes:Outgoing, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Patient, forward-thinking, and self-motivated with good time management skills. Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to perform well under pressure, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team. Possesses a positive and proactive attitude toward work.
