Job Title: Operations Technician \

Maintaining and improving the system for Total Productive Maintenance master plan/schedule to production machines and equipment is a key responsibility.

\

We are seeking a skilled technician to plan equipment capacity and resources based on business projections, addressing equipment constraints and planning for improvement or upgrades projects to meet company goals and targets.

\

The ideal candidate will define and implement preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to increase productivity and product yields, aiming to achieve maintenance KPIs and improve operational efficiency while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

\

Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines, tools, and equipment are essential duties to ensure they are in good operational working condition.

\

The successful candidate will respond to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operation problems to minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.

\

Supporting new equipment installation and commissioning, leading projects covering modifications and enhancements to manufacturing equipment, and participating in plant improvements and reliability initiatives are also key responsibilities.

\

This role requires providing support to daily operations to ensure meeting yield targets and output, benchmarking equipment for technology advancement, and developing Standard Operating Procedures.

\

Additionally, the candidate will handle Customer Audit Exercises, involve special projects, engineering works, and duties assigned by the department head, and participate in Environmental, Health, Safety programs.

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field \
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Dicing, Die Attach and Wire Bonding, or Molding, Testing machines \
  • Experience in IC assembly is an advantage \
  • Good problem-solving, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills \
  • Independent and responsible to work with minimal supervision \
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 QEMS implementation \
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance, MTBF, and MTTR
