Job Title:

Maintenance Engineering Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, maintaining and improving the quality, uptime and cost indices of our equipment.

You will work closely with process and manufacturing engineers to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively to meet module objectives. This will involve coordinating logistics for parts, managing expenditure for equipment maintenance and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

As a Maintenance Engineering Specialist, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates to ensure that they have up-to-date skills and knowledge. You will document corrective actions and best known methods, and share them widely to maximize ROI and learning.

In addition, you will participate in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and maintenance costs. You will become the technical expert for your machine specialization and be able to generate FMEA analyses for new tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning, maintaining and improving quality, uptime and cost indices of equipment
  • Coordinating logistics for parts and managing expenditure for equipment maintenance
  • Implementing preventive maintenance programs and coaching/mentoring subordinates
  • Participating in CIP programs and generating FMEA analyses for new tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Photo Equipment (Track) in semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Excel VBA, Power BI
