We are seeking a senior engineering leader to head a team focused on the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems and environments—including IoT, MLOps, data visualization, and simulations. These solutions will enable smarter, more efficient digital operations in logistics, manufacturing, and quality within an advanced software-defined factory. This role will contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation through innovation and scalable system architecture.

At-Scale Deployment of Digital Systems

• Define and evaluate technical and business requirements for deploying IoT, AI, and simulation technologies at scale.
• Leverage cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise platformsto ensure secure and scalable deployment of systems.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Architect integrated systems using IoT platforms (e.g., ThingWorx, Kepware) and cloud infrastructure (public/private).
• Incorporate AI/ML pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps , and simulation tools such as NVIDIA Omniverse to develop intelligent environments.
• Design enterprise-level data strategies to meet organizational information needs.
• Build data lakes, warehouses, and marts that unify diverse data sources for real-time and historical analytics.

Data Governance and Security

• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure privacy, integrity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Technical Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, IoT specialists, and data architects.
• Align development activities with organizational goals by acting as the technical interface between transformation stakeholders and engineering teams.

Project Management

• Assess existing systems for performance gaps and define the resources needed for future-state solutions.
• Oversee full-cycle solution development while ensuring long-term system maintainability and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT/OT systems, data architecture, and digital technology implementation in manufacturing setup.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and C++ .
• Strong grasp of database management , data modeling , and ETL/ELT pipeline development (from OLTP to OLAP systems).
• Experience with Big Data technologies , cloud computing platforms , and data analytics tools .
• Understanding of SCADA systems and communication protocols (e.g., OPC, MQTT, Modbus).
• Familiarity with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , and development frameworks including C#, Java (Spring Boot) , , and .
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work across business and engineering teams to translate technical vision into scalable, real-world applications.
