Job Title: Senior Corporate Finance Associate Vice President

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Senior Corporate Finance Associate Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing transactions, and supervising the creation of analytical deal documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will maintain regular dialogue with clients, ensure clear and regular communication, and resolve any client-related issues in conjunction with senior management.
  • Transaction Execution: You will provide execution support to the senior team, manage operational aspects of prospective deals, and guide junior deal teams on drafting engagement letters.
  • Deal Generation: You will research and analyze various companies and industries, build knowledge and data required for current and foreseeable transactions, and identify potential leads and probable deal connections.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must have excellent industry analysis, financial analysis, and modelling skills, including DCF, SOTP, valuation, etc.
  • You should be able to comprehend data (both qualitative & quantitative) and communicate succinctly.
  • You must have good understanding of those sectors/industries that we focus on.
  • You must have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You must have an ability to work on multiple transactions/projects.
  • You must have an ability to use the library and the web to do research, as well as use of databases like Capital IQ, Bloomberg.
  • You must have strong analytical, report writing & summary writing skills.
  • You must have strong problem solving skills.
  • Commercial Instinct
  • Valuation skills – DCF, SOTP, Relative Valuation
  • Expertise in Excel, Power Point, Word etc
  • You must have a good command over English and Good communication (both written & Verbal) and presentation skills
