Overview The Technical Presales Consultant is responsible for: Responsibilities Work closely with the sales and product teams Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals Conduct solution presentation and workshops Provide pre and post-sales support Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market Perform any other duties as assigned Position Requirements Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT security sector, with a technical background in network engineering, particularly in firewall implementation and management. Familiarity with security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS Proficient in firewall solutions such as (specific firewalls, e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet). Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and core principles of network security. Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools. Strong knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, network security, and related protocols. Valid Palo Alto Certification is a mandatory requirement. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
