**THE POSITION
**_Title: _**Presales Operations Consultant**

RegASK is a digital platform, using artificial intelligence for augmenting regulatory research. Our technology routinely monitors, anticipates and reports updates or changes to relevant regulations, providing instant alerts. Our platform also allows us to zero-in on applicable regulations to identify and analyse any gaps in the compliance of a product.

We are seeking an experienced Presales Operations Consultant who will be In charge of coordinating the presales activities and operations, communicating with all the stakeholders as Subject Matter Experts, Sales team, Customer success, Product, etc. This person will translate the Client's needs Into proposals.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

**_Reporting to: _**Presales Operations Manager

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Participate in all presales operations and coordination between the stakeholders including:

- Participate with sales team in live and/or phone client meetings in order to determine concept for proposal development
- Communicate with Subject Matter Experts: understand their regulatory approach, challenge them and generate value
- Support Bid management
- Assist in CDA’s collecting all the necessary contract documentation (CDA, Vendor form, PO,)
- Draft proposal for clients based on the scope provided
- Ensure the right proposal templates are used to maintain consistency across all projects
- Edit and revise proposals according to feedback received by the Pre-Sales Operation team and/or Business Development team
- Participate in all internal Sales/Presales team meetings and calls and write the minutes
- Follow up on client meetings and proposals
- Prepare analytical reports upon request (related to sales, presales,)
- Provide suggestions and improvements to streamline work processes
- Liaise with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that can be related to customers
- Align with the company’s culture and show great team work abilities.

**_Requirements: _**
- Relevant degree in Business Management/Marketing/Science
- Min. 2 years of experience working in regulatory affairs or a SaaS/consulting company
- Organized, analytical and result-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Enjoy working for innovative companies in challenging and demanding environment and feel comfortable evolving in multicultural teams
- Self-motivated and driven to grasp industry knowledge quickly
- Ability to plan multiple priorities concurrently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple zones
