Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to join our team in the Central Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions, and coordinate timely resolution of problems with internal teams and external contractors
  • Analyse data from building management systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.
  • Ensure facilities operate in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and support to facility personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Facilities Management/M&E Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance, and good BMS system understanding.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing air-conditioning systems.
  • Involve with Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM matters) and liaisons with authorities.
  • Must have Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional ('GMAP')/Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) ('GMAP(FM)') and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager ('SCEM').
  • Good problem-solving, communication skills to collaborate with various FM teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and achieve objectives.
