Lead Facilities Operations Specialist

The Lead Facilities Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in facilities management, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Job Description:As a key member of the facilities team, the Lead Facilities Operations Specialist will oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, and machinery. This includes coordinating with contractors, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing projects, scheduling services, and reporting on progress. A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing training programs to enhance team skills and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Leadership skills with experience in facilities management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- NITEC certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or Facility Management
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
