Electrical Systems Leader
As an Electrical Design Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers in preparing, checking, and submitting electrical designs. This includes identifying issues that impact project delivery and overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems.
You will be responsible for managing technical aspects of projects, providing technical recommendations, conducting engineering studies, and representing the company at technical meetings with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for designing electrical systems and ensuring they meet applicable standards and codes.
This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in power electronics design. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required, and knowledge of 3D layout/BIM/OBD is an advantage. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in preparing, checking, and submitting electrical designs.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems.
