Job Opportunity:

The Electrical Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, ensuring safety, performance, and reliability.
  • Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and system resilience.
  • Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while adhering to relevant safety and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a Master's Degree or PE certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is beneficial.
  • Leadership & People Development: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams. Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
