We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Marketer to lead strategic and executional marketing initiatives tailored for the local market. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of local B2B buyer behavior and market dynamics and proven experience in developing demand generation programs that deliver measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, client project management, and aligning cross-functional efforts to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and client success. Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and execute short- and long-term B2B marketing strategies for the Japanese market. Lead customer acquisition, demand generation, and lead nurturing campaigns. Optimize lead generation funnels to consistently deliver qualified leads to sales. Track, measure, and analyze KPIs, adjusting campaigns based on performance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide positioning and messaging. Act as the main point of contact for clients in the local market, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction. Manage project timelines, client communications, campaign delivery, and reporting. Lead proposal creation and present marketing recommendations that meet client goals. Ensure campaigns align with both client objectives and internal standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration & General Support Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing activities with business goals. Contribute to product improvement initiatives based on customer insights and market trends. Mentor junior team members and support local staff training in the local region Continuously evolve marketing approaches to stay ahead in a dynamic market landscape. Basic requirements: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead/demand generation and customer acquisition. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies: content, email, SEO, social, paid media, etc. Proven experience working in or with the local market—cultural insight and professional fluency required. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and campaign reporting. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
