Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Technician/Operator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
  • Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
  • Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
  • Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma or higher education, preferably in science or engineering-related fields.
  • Prior experience in Fab environments is preferred (6-inch/8-inch Fab).
  • Understanding of basic equipment labels and common terms used in cleanrooms.
  • Proficiency in using the Windows operating system and Office software.
OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Location: West
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
