**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily central dishwashing operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and promote services to targeted sectors.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with coffee shops, hawker stalls, and restaurant operators.
- Address client concerns promptly and provide tailored service solutions.
- Gather client feedback to drive service enhancements.
- Prepare operational and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational and sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cleaning or F&B services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
