Job Scope Conduct training programmes on airline operations and customer service for students in MOE schools (mainly primary and secondary) across various locations in Singapore. Teach students about airline procedures, check-in processes, in-flight services, and hospitality standards. Facilitate interactive activities such as roleplays, simulations, and case studies to give students practical exposure to airline operations. Inspire students to develop professionalism, communication skills, and customer service excellence. Job Requirements Must be MOE eIRS / AMIS registered, or in the process of applying. (Kindly state this clearly in your application/resume)Relevant qualifications or industry experience in airline services, aviation, or hospitality management. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in service-oriented skills. Self-motivated, patient, and able to work with children & teenagers. Available weekdays 8am–5pm. Only Singaporeans may apply.
