Senior Manager, HR Policy - GH Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Policy to lead HR policy development, governance, and compliance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the HR Policies in establishing the strategic direction for HR policy development, governance, and approval processes. Partner with internal stakeholders to review, formulate, and update HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, relevance, and compliance. Monitor developments in HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices, recommending policy enhancements to address emerging needs. Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, and align with industry benchmarks. Provide expert policy guidance and interpretation to senior management, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support consistent application across the organisation. Maintain accurate and current documentation of HR policies and related procedures, including version control and review records. Oversee HR policy information systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy of published policies. Facilitate effective communication and implementation of policy changes to promote understanding and adherence across the organisation. Requirements A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in HR policy development, review, or governance. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR market practices. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
