You will be responsible for securing sales of security products & systems and achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration, and sales goals, reporting to the Sales Manager/Sales Director. Job Responsibilities Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects. Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications. Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations. Provide market and competition updates and report key competitive activities and customer behavior. Build and maintain good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention. Maintain awareness of new developments in the industry. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product and system sales in electronic security. Preferably with project sales experience. Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth. Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-oriented. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Energetic and positive mindset with high work commitment.
