If you're passionate about coffee, committed to customer service, and excited to lead and grow with a team — we'd love to meet youQualifications & Requirements Prior experience as a barista Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to guide and mentor junior staff A collaborative team player Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute Daily Operations Oversee food and beverage operations Coordinate crisis response activities according to business continuity plans Implement strategies to meet sales targets Guide staff during opening, operating, and closing shifts Monitor inventory to ensure consistent supply Provide on-the-job training and evaluate team performance Conduct daily sales reconciliation 2. Drive Continuous Improvement Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives Propose areas for team or process improvement Introduce staff to new tools and technologies to boost productivity 3. Oversee Beverage Preparation Ensure staff maintain and operate beverage equipment properly Train staff to use the POS system effectively Guide the preparation of a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages 4. Maintain an Excellent Customer Experience Monitor implementation of customer loyalty programs Analyze customer feedback and address service gaps Guide team in making product recommendations Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries Ensure adherence to customer service standards 5.
