Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Responsibilities
Inventory Support
a. Inventory Management
Perform daily stock checks and promptly report discrepancies or findings to the Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist, and Retail Manager.
Coordinate with Retail Operations to investigate and resolve inventory issues that require physical stock verification.
Assist the Inventory Planner in validating results from cycle counts and stock takes, both during and after the process.
Maintain and regularly update inventory records to support accurate stock validation and reconciliation.
b. Master Data Maintenance
Support the Inventory Planner by identifying and reporting discrepancies related to product information or price tags to the Merchandising Team.
Collaborate with Retail Operations to ensure accurate price tagging by assisting in the printing and replacement of price tags as required.
E-Commerce Administrator
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Manage the processing of online orders, including printing packing lists, delivery orders, and receipts.
Distribute orders to packing staff and provide support in picking and packing activities as needed.
Serve as a liaison between CAG and frontline staff to ensure smooth coordination from order placement to delivery.
Monitor and track the fulfilment status of all e-commerce orders.
Administrative Support
Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing e-commerce documentation.
Assist with inventory management by archiving products that are physically out of stock.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
Customer Care
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback, and reservation requests received through online platforms.
Maintain close coordination with Changi Customer Centre and Fulfilment Centre to ensure seamless customer service.
Update and maintain the refund and exchange registry for the e-commerce team to ensure accurate records.
General Responsibilities
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a retail or travel retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and mature disposition.
Prior experience in customer or client service is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments.
Resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and MS Word.
Willing to work on weekends and rotating shifts, as required.
