WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our merchandising unit, focusing on balancing inventory levels and customer demand across selling channels.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in inventory management, data analysis, and supply chain understanding. The successful candidate will ensure product availability, reduce carrying costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
You are customer and sales-driven with a strategic mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are a natural team player who fosters collaboration across channels and functions.
You will:
- Balance omni stock levels to optimize availability between channels for the Vietnam warehouse, responsible for overall allocation, executing strategy, and ensuring correct initial allocation parameters.
- Drive inventory optimization by monitoring inventory targets for warehouses and store segments, supporting replenishment strategies, setting delivery schedules, and improving stock accuracy through RFID routines.
- Execute and monitor system setups to secure warehouse stock composition, optimize SKUs, and enable effective stocking and storage management in collaboration with demand & supply units, merchandise managers, and logistics.
- Optimize supply to minimize constraints impacting sales, and monitor inbound/outbound garment flow to support logistics planning.
- Follow up on the execution of the framework for prioritizing articles for allocation to secure store commerciality.
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with various functions to support the merchandising and inventory teams in establishing a strong allocation and replenishment strategy. This role reports to the Regional Inventory Manager.
Who You Are
- Deep understanding of inventory optimization, merchandising, stock management strategies, and influencing commercial agendas in the region.
- Good knowledge of logistics, allocation, store operations, and omni-channel sales.
- High proficiency in salesmanship and analytics; advanced Excel skills.
