What the role is: NACLI aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they are future-ready to contribute actively and effectively to the community building efforts in Singapore. This role assists in planning and executing NACLI's training resource deployment functions, including managing the Institute's master training schedule, preparing monthly training assignments for learning facilitators to meet NACLI's training commitments, coordinating NACLI facilitators' daily schedule, coordinating facilitators' schedule for professional development programmes, administering and updating NACLI management team on weekly training schedule, maintaining module mapping and ownership lists, among others. What you will be working on: Training Resource Management Plans and administers NACLI's training resource deployment functions to meet the Institute's day-to-day training commitments Administers and proposes the monthly training assignment and coordination of schedule for facilitators Updates and maintains facilitators' records including module mapping and ownership lists in NACLI's training administration and resource management system Manages communication loops with NACLI's training faculty and training administration on deployment arrangements for both scheduled and constituency-based training Works closely with relevant departments on the scheduling of facilitators for professional development courses Training Planning and Course Administration Works closely with relevant departments in planning and executing the Institute's training plans Works closely with NACLI's training faculty in executing training plans Assists in the coordination of the training programmes for the different stakeholders, including PA's staff, grassroots leaders and other strategic partners Updates NACLI learning facilitators' training records in the LEarning And Performance (LEAP) system to ensure accuracy and timeliness Supports the end-to-end process of NACLI's quarterly training calendar, from scheduling to dissemination to stakeholders Presents regular updates on learning facilitators' training commitments to management and staff What we are looking for: Other duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties. Takes minutes of meetings as and when required Serves as member of NACLI's Key Priority Area (KPA) teams Supports Senior Manager (Training Administration - Training Deployment & Relations) in conducting onboarding briefing to new NACLI learning facilitators Covers duties of Senior Manager (Training Administration - Training Deployment & Relations) during his/her absence Performs any other duties assigned by senior officers What are we looking for: Requirements: Experience in training resource management and/or related areas Professional qualification in Business Administration or related field Good literacy in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite Strong interpersonal and planning skills Strong administration, organising and coordination skills Good writing skills Good understanding of training administration & resource deployment processes Comfortable working with IT systems, numbers and statistics Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract.
